Holiday apartments on an agriturismo, with a pool with massage jets, not far from the sea
The holiday apartments are on an agriturismo in Candelara (known for the “Candle Festival”), a small and friendly part of Pesaro in the Marche region, where mountains and hills lie parallel to the Adriatic Sea. The impressive landscape of the region is rich in history, culture and art. The agriturismo is outside of the locality.
The agriturismo consists of a well-renovated, typical country house with four independent holiday apartments. The country house has a communal hall with a big dining table that guests can use. The apartments have wireless Internet access.
All around the country house there is a big garden, for the shared use of all guests. There is a pool with massage jets that can only be used in summer. All around the pool there is a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. There are two brick-built barbecues. Parking space is available on site. Sunflowers, amongst other things, are planted on the fields of the agricultural enterprise.
The owner lives in Candelara, just a few kilometres from the agriturismo.
The little village of Candelara is 7km from Pesaro, at 180 metres above sea level, surrounded by little valleys, oak forests, Mediterranean macchia, vineyards and olive groves. Candelara and Arzilla, with shops and services, are 2.5km and 1.5km away.
Ulivo
The apartment of around 80m² is on the first floor, is on two levels, and is ideal for four people. The living room-kitchen provides a dining table, a sofa and a TV and has a cooking area with a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer compartment, a gas stove and an oven. Spiral stairs lead from the living room-kitchen up to the gallery. There are two bedrooms below: one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and one with a single bed, with another bed that can be pulled out (each 80 x 190cm). The beds in this room, which provides access to the balcony, can also be joined together as a double bed. The gallery has a little living room, facing the living room-kitchen below, and furnished with a sofa and a desk. The third bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) is open towards the room with the single beds. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a washing machine. A further single bed can be provided on request. The living room-kitchen has a pellets stove, whilst the bedrooms have air conditioning with a heat pump. Wireless Internet access is available.
The apartment has a balcony with a view of the hilly landscape and a private outdoor area in the garden with a table, chairs and a wicker seating corner, comprising a sofa and two armchairs.
