The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Parking spaces in front of the house depending on availability or free public parking spaces nearby.

air conditioning. The air conditioning is on a card (chip card) and is charged at €1 per hour depending on consumption Facilities: internet access (WLAN), safe and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
