Holiday apartment with air conditioning and dishwashers

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home, was renovated in 2015 and is furnished in a functional style. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Rabac. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Parking spaces in front of the house depending on availability or free public parking spaces nearby.

air conditioning. The air conditioning is on a card (chip card) and is charged at €1 per hour depending on consumption Facilities: internet access (WLAN), safe and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Separate toilet (2 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.
