From the flat you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountain peaks of Central Grisons. From the location of the house you can reach a wellness oasis, the training ski lift, the ice rink and the biathlon arena of Lantsch/Lenz in just a few minutes. You will also find good restaurants, leisure activities and Graubünden's cultural heritage in the region. Skiers and snowboarders can reach Lenzerheide with its numerous skiing opportunities and the summer sports facilities around the Heidsee lake in about 5 minutes by car.
