Villa Perla Exclusive is a modern holiday home located in the village of Stranići, only 5 km from the nearest beach and 10 minutes' drive from Poreč. It is located on the outskirts of the village, on its own, fully fenced garden of 620 m2, where guests can use an outdoor swimming pool of 50 m2, a covered terrace with a barbecue fireplace and a table for outdoor dining, a sun deck with deck chairs, a well kept lawn and parking for 2 vehicles.
The special feature of this beautiful villa is the pool where one corner of the house ends, and an extremely large roof terrace of 75m2 with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, where there is a jacuzzi, lounge furniture, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Villa Perla Exclusive for 6 guests, with a total area of 220m2, is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a luxuriously furnished living room with a corner sofa, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are a total of three double rooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and its own shower/toilet, and one bathroom with a shower/toilet in the hallway. All rooms have direct access to a spacious balcony with seating and a beautiful view, as well as access to the pool via an external staircase.
Youth groups are strictly prohibited!
