Stunning new 140 m2 holiday house located on the edge of a small quiet village - Buroli, only 5 km from the sea. The house, fully furnished with good taste, care, and love and can accommodate up to 8 people, offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent choice for those who want to relax and love listening to the chirping of birds when they wake up, enjoying a little rest in this fantastic scenery of the surrounding nature, or going for wonderful bike rides along the nearby cycle paths or simply along the paths of the surrounding countryside. The house surrounded by greenery offers a large garden with a splendid private swimming pool area equipped with deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. For sea lovers, the beautiful beaches of the Umag area are just 5 minutes away by car. The city of Umag is only 9 km away, while the city of Buje is only 6 km away.

The splendid swimming pool, deck chairs with umbrellas, outdoor shower, beautiful barbeque and trampoline for children are available for private use.
Free private parking is located in front of the house.

The house consists of a corridor at the entrance which leads to the bedrooms, the two bathrooms, and the living area. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed while one bedroom offers two single beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioners, wardrobes, bedside tables, and night lamps. The main bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, sink with cabinet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, and external window, and two bath towels per person are provided. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, and external window. The large living room offers a comfortable sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, and board games. The dining area is part of the large living room and is equipped with a dining table and chairs. From the living area, the entrance to the modern kitchen is equipped with a stove with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer area, microwave oven, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils. Attached to the kitchen is the small closet where there are the coffee machine, the kettle, and the toaster.
From the living room the exit to the covered terrace equipped with garden furniture overlooking the countryside, forest, and swimming pool.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, an adrenaline park for children and a mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, the possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill is known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, a small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and who wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.
