Guay is a traditional Spanish country house situated on the top of an unspoilt hill. This accommodation is an independent part of Finca Guay with its own garden. From your house you can enjoy a wide panoramic view of the coast and the sea.
The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large area with a covered outdoor kitchen and open designer lounge. It has a large cooking area with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also plenty of space for a table and seating, which can be placed in the sun or under cover as desired. A microwave and washing machine are of course also included. All bedrooms are air-conditioned or heated.
The large eat-in kitchen with a view of the sea has a roof that is open to the garden, so it can be used both "outside" and "inside". In front of it is a private garden with lawn, flowering plants and marvellous views over the coast and the sea.
The house has two flats. The flat described here occupies the south-west half of the house. Both this and the eastern part of the house have their own garden. Both parts have privacy from the outside and are clearly separated from each other. This is important to us as landlords, as we use our part of the garden with pool without wearing textiles. Shared use of the pool can be arranged on request.
Please note: Reduction for children up to 10 years (11th birthday): Stay days free of charge, only linen will be charged ("extra bed"). Please do not include the number of persons in the "Number of persons", but indicate this in the comments when booking for the purpose of preparation.
You overlook a typical farm landscape with orchards and country houses scattered around. The access road leads to the house from the north-west; after passing through the gate, you drive up to the summit on a paved private road through an olive grove via two hairpin bends. No problems for cars with a turning circle of up to 12 metres. Safe parking next to the house for several cars.
Nearest restaurant: Hotel Almazara ***, approx. 700m; 24-hour restaurant with petrol station and shop: approx. 800m. Lidl approx. 1200m in the direction of Nerja. Sea approx. 1000m line of sight, approx. 2500m on road. Nerja 2 km; Frigiliana 2 km. The location is also perfect for excursions, as the Nerja motorway exit is nearby.
