Das Wohnzimmer und das Dreibettzimmer haben einen Balkon. Das Haus Giovanna genießt eine hervorragende Lage, weniger als 100 Meter entfernt befindet sich die Piazza Vittorio Emanuele I, nur wenige Schritte entfernt von der Bucht von Rena Bianca, einer Fläche aus feinem Sand mit schillernden Farben und klarem Wasser. Rund um das Dorf gibt es weitere faszinierende Strände; die große und gut ausgestattete La Marmorata, die malerische Cala Sambuco, die eindrucksvolle Cala Balcaccia und Santa Reparata mit ihrem klaren Wasser und den felsigen Klippen, perfekt zum Tauchen. Im westlichen Teil des Kaps sticht das Schauspiel von Cala Lunga - Valle della Luna, Symbol von Santa Teresa, hervor: Versteckte Buchten tauchen zwischen Granitwänden auf, die von der Natur geformt wurden.
