This cottage, housed in an old Conciergerie, offers a refined and comfortable living environment for its occupants. With a capacity of 6 people, it is equipped with a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, an office and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 beds 80/190, 1 with 1 double bed 160/190), bathroom, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided. All the equipment necessary for a successful stay are present: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, TV, DVD, telephone, free ADSL, barbecue.
This cottage offers a beautiful private garden of 1000 m2 and a terrace facing south, open on the park of 1.5 ha of the guest house. Private parking is available to the occupants.
The charming village of Sainghin-en-Mélantois offers lovely walks on hiking trails. At 8 km, enjoy the tourist attractiveness of Lille (Old Lille, Citadel, Palace of fine arts ...), Villeneuve d'Ascq (Museum of Modern Art LaM, Grand Stade ...) or Roubaix / Cross (Pool Museum, Villa Cavrois ...)
