This beautiful thatched-roof house with 5* facilities is located in north-west Mecklenburg, in the beautiful village of Groß Schwansee. This village is located directly on the Baltic Sea between Travemünde and Boltenhagen. Pure nature, there is a lot to discover here, many animal species cross the path here. Great long beaches, some rocky and some sandy, there is something for everyone. The Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path passes by here, leading to Travemünde or Boltenhagen, of course only on foot or by bike. There is everything from a dog beach to a nudist beach. There is only one path leading to the beach, which is easy to get to on foot with a handcart or by bike. Groß Schwansee is definitely worth a visit. There is only one road into the village, no through traffic, the street at the park is a one-way street and traffic is quiet. Shopping facilities are in Kalkhorst, 4 km away, where there is a shop/consumption. All large discounters are available within a radius of approx. 12 km. The Schlossgut Groß Schwansee is a real eye-catcher in the evening! Groß Schwansee is an insider tip among connoisseurs. Here you will find pure nature in all its forms! You can cycle undisturbed to Travemünde or Boltenhagen, always along the beach on the Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path. There is a sailing school for young and old in Travemünde. Wismar has a beautiful zoo and a Tobeland and the great swimming pool WONNEMAR. In Wittenburg there is a ski centre. In Boltenhagen you can go on boat trips. There is a golf course in Hohen Wieschendorf.

Garden and outdoor facilities:

The property is completely fenced/enclosed and nobody can see into the large garden from the small thoroughfare! The house has a large covered terrace of approx. 21 m² (safety glass) facing west. Shading with pleated blinds is possible over all elements. 10 garden chairs with a large table and 4 garden loungers are available. The terrace also has a wind and view protection A fireplace grill and a Weber gas grill Genesis E -335 and an outdoor refrigerator are available for use free of charge. The terrace can be accessed via the kitchen or the living room. There is a small fountain next to the terrace which creates a cosy atmosphere. The property is romantically illuminated in the evening hours with great LED floor spotlights. The Finnish sauna Kota (5-6 persons) is less than 5 metres away from the terrace. Right next to the sauna Kota is the covered outdoor whirlpool of the brand "One Dimension von Spa" where up to 5 people can be accommodated. With good visibility in the evening hours, you can watch the stars and everything that moves in the sky from the pool - pure wellness! An outdoor hot/cold shower with LED lighting is available for showering off. Sauna Kota and outdoor whirlpool can be used all year round!
A Kettler outdoor table tennis table can be ideally set up and used in front of the carport. Under the carport there is an outdoor table football table for young and old!

You can only get to the beach on foot, with a handcart, by bike on the cycle path or you can also get to the beach from the house via a dirt track and through the forest. The Baltic Sea cycle path runs along the beach, where you can easily cycle to Travemünde or Boltenhagen or even further, always along the beautiful Baltic Sea.
