This barrier-free holiday apartment on the ground floor awaits you in a quiet farmhouse along the Schwarzach river. The lovely furnishings with old farmhouse furniture and the water supply from our own high mountain spring create an authentic ambience to make you feel at home. Feel at home here and relax in the eat-in kitchen after your outdoor activities.

You can relax on the separate terrace and enjoy the view of nature. The guests of the other, barrier-free holiday apartment on the ground floor can also find space here. The respective garden area is surrounded by bushes and trees and offers you privacy and tranquillity. The green areas outside these areas are reserved for the landlady. Please note that the neighbouring field may not be entered.

The Defereggen Valley, one of the most unspoilt high mountain valleys in Austria, delights in summer with countless hiking trails and alpine pastures that invite you to enjoy culinary delights. Visit the Staller Sattel or the platform at the Maria Hilf waterfall, and experience mountain biking, climbing and golf. In winter, the ski bus takes you directly to the St. Jakob ski area - an insider tip for families and those seeking peace and quiet.
