Family friendly holiday apartment with exclusive use of the swimming pool

The apartement is located in a quiet village on the sunny Croation island of Krk, near the town of Malinska. It is surrouded by forests, about 3,5 kilometers from the coastline and popular beaches.

The outdoor area includes a swimming pool surrounded by a garden, and a terrace with an outdoor dining table and a barbeque grill. The swimming pool, terrace and garden are for the sole use of the guests staying in this holiday apartment - they are not used by the owner or anyone else.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the two-storey house. The owners live on the upper floor, and there is another apartment on the opposite side of the house with its own entrance, garden and swimming pool.

The holiday apartment is about 60 m² in size and has a living room with a flatscreen TV, a sofa, and a dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to make a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, and the bathroom with a basin, bathtub, shower, and a bidet.

The centre of the village is aroud 300 meters away and offers a groceries store, and a playground. A larger store is located near Sveti Vid, around 2 from the property. The nearest restaurant is on the local road, around 800 meters away. Malinska, a small town with public beaches, beach resorts, restaurants and coffe shops, is located 3,5 km away. It also hosts a doctor's office. If you prefer an active vacation, the surrounding area includes several forest walking/biking paths. There is also a hill nearby with the old St. Peters church which offers a breathtaking view of the Kvarner bay and the northern part of the island.

Free WiFi is available over the entire property. The parking lot is situated next to the local road.

    “Mooie rustige plek het oogt allemaal om je heen wat rommelig maar je heb een prima eigen stekkie met een privezwembad. In huis ook wat rommelig /gedateerd behalve de keuken die is modern. Het is een geweldige plek om vanuit daar Krk te ontdekken. Grote supermarkten binnen 3 minuten te berijden. Eigenaars rustig bescheiden aanwezig en soms een blaffend hondje. Kortom je komt hier helemaal tot rust en dat is wat je wil als je komt relaxen in je vakantie??”
