Entire House in Monte Pego with Beautiful Barbecue and Gorgeous Views

The finca is at the heart of the upscale Monte Pego neighbourhood. It is located between Alicante and Valencia, across from Ibiza. The beautiful property sits on the end of a road and offers stunning views over the ocean and the mountains.High end, traditional, yet modern villa in a stunning location with gorgeous views over orange groves, rice fields, mountains and the ocean; discover stunning scenery, coastline, long sandy beaches and relax by the pool and in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean garden and the patios.

The villa was built in 1994 by a German architect as a holiday property, which was only used by him and his wife. The planning and construction were carries out with attention to detail. Dark wooden beams, white walls and terracotta tiles offer a typical Spanish flair. Wooden doors, beautiful bathrooms and high end furnishings will enchant you. The 280 m² finca accommodates up to eight people. The large living room houses a fireplace, a sofa and a satellite television and a stereo with a USB connection. The large, separate kitchen is furnished with all necessary appliances including a refrigerator/ freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. The dining table for eight lets you enjoy meals together. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can be combined to a double bed if needed. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a table and two chairs and a mirror. The bathroom boasts a shower and a toilet. Two more bedrooms and two additional bathrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom has a dressing room and a television room and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a French double bed, a mirror and a wardrobe. The first bathroom boasts a shower, a whirlpool bathtub and a toilet. The second bathroom boasts a shower. There is also a separate toilet. The house has central heating. Firewood for the fireplace is available. Additional wood can be purchased locally. The entire house except for the fourth bedroom, the living room and the bathroom is air conditioned.

The beautiful garden houses several patios. There is an herb garden, a rose garden, fruit trees, palm trees and more. There is a fitness pavilion with a treadmill and a wood burning stove, a wellness and spa bathhouse with a whirlpool (only operated during the winter months) and a shower, a fish pond and a beautiful barbecue. The partially covered patios have awnings, a dining table, sun loungers and a lounge sofa. There is a garage with a utility room with a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator and an iron/ironing board. The salt water pool (9x5 m) is definitely one of the house's highlights. It is regularly serviced. It is less salty than the ocean and offers a clean, healthy alternative to chlorine. The pool area houses a comfortable bathhouse with a whirlpool, a shower and a lounger. Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean from here. A wide, white corona surrounds the pool, which can be illuminated at night. Enjoy a barbecue or a fire in the fireplace or in wood burning stove in the tea house.

Your property is secured by the SCM, a control, information and maintenance service, which patrols the neighbourhood at night and aids in case of an emergency.

This region is almost always sunny and warm and the beautiful property is easily accessible. Discover the Costa Blanca with its beautiful landscape, cities, the coastline, the orange groves, gorgeous cuisine and a mild climate. It is 90 km to Alicante and Valencia Airports. . Monte Pego is on the Valencia Province and only a few minutes from Denia. It was founded in the 1970s and offers all necessary amenities. The villa is located in the Denia Region of Monte Pego, a neighbourhood known for its stunning views. There are two restaurants in the neighbourhood. Sports abound: table tennis, tennis, boules, cycling and hiking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, scuba diving, bowling, fishing and more. The choice is yours. It is a ten minute drive to the sandy beach in between Denia and Oliva. Several golf courses can be found in the near vicinity. There are five tennis courts in the neighbourhood. There are water parks for young and old and aquatic sports, as well as boat trips to Ibiza, Mallorca and Formentera to keep you busy while you are here.

    “Famille avec trois adolescents. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison. Bien équipée (un robot multifonctions serait un plus ainsi que quelques casseroles), agréable à vivre et bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique. Il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car il n'y a rien à moins de 10 minutes pour faire ses courses ou acheter du pain. Deux des quatre chambres étant des appartements indépendants, cela peut-être une source de gêne pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Avec les fortes chaleurs durant notre séjour, l'absence de climatisation (sauf dans une chambre), était très gênant car c'est une des raisons pour laquelle nous avions choisi cette maison. A recommander tout de même pour sa vue et sa quiétude.”

    “Huis is zeer mooi en beschikt echt over alle faciliteiten; het heeft vanaf de berg ook een prachtig uitzicht. Door de ligging is een auto wel noodzakelijk.”
