Private: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Single garage. Restaurant 2 km. Nearby attractions: Faro de Maspalomas 3 km, El Parque Botánico de Maspalomas 2 km, Playa de las Mujeres 4 km, Playa de Maspalomas 4 km, Playa del Inglés 5 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€. The min number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy. For a booking of 1 to 8 guests, a min of 4 bedrooms will be available. To have access to the 5th bedroom with a lower occupancy, you must book for the capacity of 9-10 guests. To utilize all sleeping spots , a booking for 11 guests is required.
