2023 wurde die ganze Wohnung komplett fertig renoviert und modernisiert.
Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über Sitzmöglichkeiten im Hof, SAT-LCD-TV, Sat-Radio, gratis WLAN Internetanschluss und Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner.
Die Küche verfügt über Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Glaskeramik-Kochplatte, Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) und alle nötigen Utensilien.
Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.
