A true holiday paradise opens up behind the electric gate! As the name of the house suggests, this showpiece property has been furnished by its German owners with a lot of love and a great sense of style, both inside and out. Fortunately, the authentic, rustic character of the natural stone villa has been preserved. Because when unspoilt nature provides such a beautiful garden plot surrounded by wooded hills, you have to do it justice: Palm trees, cypresses and flowering shrubs, bordered flowerbeds and views of the San Salvador mountains make Casa Amorena almost blend into its surroundings were it not for the shimmering blue, 14-metre-long pool with its own panoramic terrace, including high-quality (rattan) loungers and a Bali bed that wouldn't catch the eye. With views like these, every step down to the water is enjoyed to the full and the refreshing dip is hardly a minor matter in comparison. The centre level is perfect for barbecuing. A Weber charcoal barbecue and solid seating will certainly give you a taste of the real Mallorca. You will have enough energy for a workout in the in-house gym, which you can access directly from the garden and is equipped with machines for muscle building and cardio training. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the immediate vicinity.

If you prefer an active holiday, you can opt for the spacious suite on the ground floor with an integrated (i.e. open) en-suite bathroom. This individually designed, separate sleeping unit is located almost at pool level and is only accessible from the outside. The ground floor is almost entirely occupied by a white living and dining area with large arches dividing the space, elegant leather seating in front of a fireplace and an XL flat screen TV as well as a luxuriously equipped, airy kitchen - all of which is further enhanced by the covered terrace. Another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony is just a few steps away and offers a marvellous view of the greenery; the other bedrooms and another bathroom are on the upper floor (caution: there is no railing!). It has direct access to the spacious lounge balcony. Casa Amorena really does offer enough space for everyone. Stylishly renovated, beautiful villa made in Germany! The terraced Casa Amorena, just 3 km from Felanitx, could be love at first sight. Situated in a quiet, secluded location, the property offers tastefully furnished floors, an 18,000 m² garden plot and a spacious pool area for exclusive and deeply relaxing holidays. A supermarket and a weekly market, cafés and restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away in the village, while beaches are only 15 km away on the south-east coast.
