The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony right off the main open plan living area, with some nice scenery. There are some nice high ceilings in the main open plan living area and both the triple bedrooms.
It is a nice modern living fit-out with two bathrooms. Both have a walk-in shower and sink, in the main bathroom there is a bath and twin sinks. The toilet is separate to make life easier for sharing.
In addition, there is a small room where the extra freezer is located, which can be used for storing luggage during your stay.
You can see the valley lift station 450m away, the 'Areit Xpress' lift which is a great place to start and finish your day on the Schmittenhöhe mountain in Summer and Winter. The property is located at the foot of the ski slope, just short walk home from there. It has views of the mountains and the slopes.
The location is great for connections if you are wanting days out using the road system, or the trains, or cycle paths, and not wanting to be based in the centre of town.
