The location of Aliganou village is ideal because although it is a short distance from the centre of the city of Chania (10 km), you are in a completely peaceful place, in the Cretan nature.Villa Mari was built on the side of a mountain (The area is called Aliganou), and you have a panoramic view from east to west.The view you have from this area is the best you can find in the prefecture of Chania because you can see the bay of Souda, the plain of Chania, the city of Chania, the Cretan sea and a wonderful sunset to the west (Kissamos).Besides the three villas that make up Aliganou village, there are very few houses in the same area. The area is not yet developed touristically, and this is probably the best time to discover it.You will find a mini-market at a distance of 9 minutes by car, and at a distance of 14 minutes, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and other businesses.

Villa Mari is a part of Aliganou village. Aliganou village consists of 3 villas. All the villas have a private pool and entrance.
What makes these villas unique is the amazing views of the Cretan Sea, the town of Chania and the mountains.
Here you will enjoy the best sunsets you can find in the Chania area.
The renovation of villa Mari finished in July 2022.
Villa Mari features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living area, dining space, kitchen, private pool, AC, and free WiFi.

Step into Villa Mari, where your comfort is our priority. Right at the entrance, you'll find a secure open garage that fits two cars. Next to it is a cozy pergola with seating for four, perfect for enjoying the garden.

At the back of the villa, there's a private pool waiting for you. It's a great spot to watch the sky change colors at sunset. The pool utilizes saltwater electrolysis, known for being gentler on the eyes and skin compared to traditional chlorine. We've got everything you need outside: six sunbeds, tables, an umbrella for shade, a dining area that seats ten, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill.

Inside, the ground floor has a comfy living space with a sofa bed and a TV, a big dining table, and a kitchen with everything you might need. There's also a bathroom with a washing machine for your convenience.

Up on the first floor, there's a lovely master bedroom with a double bed , a TV and a balcony that offers amazing views. There's a bathroom and a small lounge area too.

The second floor has three more bedrooms—all with balconies. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third has two singles. There's also another bathroom here.

Every room comes with air conditioning to keep you cool, and there's free Wi-Fi all over the villa.

You will have full access to all the areas of the villa. The swimming pool is private, only for your use.

We understand that a clean and comfortable environment is essential to a great stay. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we meticulously clean the house and provide fresh towels for both the bathroom and pool prior to your check-in. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, we offer a cleaning service for a fee of 100 euros per session. Let us take care of the cleaning, so you can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Upon your arrival, we warmly welcome you, provide keys, and share information about the villa and Chania area. Throughout your stay, our goal is to make sure you relax and enjoy your holiday. While we want you to enjoy uninterrupted time, we're here if you need assistance. We'll also keep you updated on scheduled cleaning for the villa and pool to ensure your comfort.

Villa Mari offers a private parking space for two vehicles. Additionally, you have the option to park your vehicles on the public road at no extra charge. Available parking spots can easily be found on the public road.

For your convenience during your stay at Villa Mari, we recommend renting a car, although taxis are also a viable option.

Please be aware that there are no public transportation options available near the Villa Mari, making car rental an almost essential choice for ease of travel.
